Vials are shipped via Royal Mail.
In cases of seizure, non-arriving packages etc. reships or refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be offered on a case-by case basis.
In the case of a non-arriving packages, if nothing out of the ordinary shows up on tracking, customers are not eligible for a refund or reship.
We will only reship once.
We do not ship to overseas territories.
